One question!Quick technique
  • Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths.
  • Think of a current problem in your life.
  • Ask your unconscious mind to take you back to a younger version of yourself where this problem might have originated.
  • Imagine floating back in time and meeting the younger you.
  • Give the younger you all the love and other resources he/she might need in that context. Say and do whatever needs to be done and said form your adult (wiser) self.
  • Continue until you see the change happening in the younger self. Make sure you also give new beliefs (thinking) about the situation.
  • Gently breath the younger self back into you (in that past context) and float back (forward) to the future.
  • Look at the problem again and notice what has changed and what new insights you have now.
